### Overview

Polymarket hosts thousands of active markets covering everything from presidential elections to crypto price targets to award show winners. Before you trade, you need to find the right market. You can search by keyword, browse by category, or explore trending events by volume.

### Searching Markets

The fastest way to find what you're looking for. Search by any keyword or phrase and get matching events and individual markets.

### Event Details

Once you find an event, drill into it to see all the markets inside, their current probabilities, and the outcome tokens you need for trading.

Large events with many markets (like elections with dozens of candidates or states) can be paginated:

### From Discovery to Trading

Here's how discovery flows into trading:
